Working at Affle is a unique experience. It provides an amazing blend of energy and relaxation. One moment you might be in an intense technical design/business meeting and the next you might be unwinding over a game.

We believe in living life to the fullest at Affle and creating an environment that drives entrepreneurship and innovation. We like to have limited rules because as per us, corporate culture sometimes curbs innovation, which is the essence of our existence. However, we like to be regular on certain initiatives which help in re-energising the team and keep us on track in our journey. These include:

Fridea

Friday evenings are full of fun at Affle. We have an ideation session in the evening called FRIDEA where we discuss the latest happenings in the world of mobile, be it games, apps, new technologies etc.

This is then followed by a beer & pizza party where the entire office gets together to end the week on a high.

F@ffle

Fun @ Affle. This is a monthly routine at Affle where all Afflers go out for an enjoyable evening. Bowling, Go karting, Cricket and other exciting games usually keep us entertained at this event.

We also sometimes get innovative here and build our own games and fun contests to keep up the excitement.

M@ffle

Meetings @ Affle. Affle’s annual M@affle is a three day affair where all members of Affle gather to brainstorm and come up with action points for the coming year. Of course, as is with Affle, each M@affle is followed by a day of party and fun. Our last M@ffle was held on the shores of Sentosa in Singapore and we are looking for an exciting new destination for the next. Ideas welcome!!!
